How We Can Help
The Help Center is dedicated to serving those in the Mt. Juliet and West Wilson County communities.
Q. Who is eligible?
A. Clients must reside within West Wilson County (Highway 109 to Davidson County line, Mt. Juliet, Gladeville and portions of Old Hickory.)
Q. What documents are required?
A. For your initial visit, please bring your license or other ID. You will need to provide one form of identification (license, Social Security card, birth certificate, etc.) for each person within your household for whom you are getting food. Also, a current utility bill is required as proof of residency for every visit to the Help Center for groceries or utility assistance.
Q. What is provided?
A. Clients are welcome to make six visits (spaced one month apart) per year to the food pantry, which includes staples of canned goods, frozen foods and perishable items. Registered clients are also eligible for limited utility assistance. We can also provide assistance with finding community aid and information in areas such as homelessness, disabilities, and domestic abuse.
We also offer gently used clothing, bread and bakery items, which are available in our lobby for anyone who needs them. These do not apply toward the six visits per year.
