Due to measures we have taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our community, we have designated each Wednesday morning as Donation Day. Please visit the COVID-19 page
on our website for more information.
THANK YOU for understanding!
The Mt. Juliet Help Center depends on the kindness and generosity of the local community to serve the people of Mt. Juliet. Below are some ways you can help. Thank you for thinking of us!

  • Donate non-perishable and perishable food items that are not expired during our regular business hours. You can also leave non-perishables in the Second Harvest barrels at both Mt. Juliet Kroger locations. Items in those barrels are designated for the Help Center, and we collect it periodically.

  • Donate financially. Gifts can be dropped off, mailed in, or submitted via the PayPal link to the right. Financial donations can be mailed to:
                                                            Mt. Juliet Help Center
                                                        PO BOX 719
                                                        Mt. Juliet TN 37121

  • Sponsor a food drive in your workplace, school, or neighborhood.

  • Plant an extra row in your garden! We have refrigerators in which to store perishable items, and we love to get fresh produce into the hands of our clients.

  • Shop at smile.amazon.com for your regular Amazon.com purchases and designate the Mt. Juliet Help Center as your non-profit of choice. Every time you shop at smile.amazon.com for your regular Amazon.com purchases, a portion of the funds is donated directly to the Help Center.

  • Shop at Kroger stores. Using your Kroger Plus Card, log in to your account at www.kroger.com/account/enrollCommunityRewardsNow and choose the Mt. Juliet Help Center (#98351) as the organization you wish to support. You'll earn rewards for the Help Center simply by shopping and using your Plus Card, and it does not affect your gas points earned!

  • Like us on Facebook to stay informed about what's happening at the Help Center, urgent needs, volunteer opportunities, and community involvement. Share our page and posts with your friends to help spread the word!

  • Volunteer! If you don't mind some bending, lifting, and don't mind being on your feet, please call to find out if volunteering at the Help Center is right for you.

  • United Way Contributions.  If offered by your employer, you can designate your contribution to be directed specifically to the Mt. Juliet Help Center, even if you're employed in another county!  Simply choose Mt. Juliet Help Center as your non-profit of choice during the United Way selection period.

  • Apply to become a member of our Board of Directors. From time to time we have openings on our Board that we love to fill with energetic members of the community who are passionate about our mission. If you feel that you have unique skills, abilities, and resources that could help us fulfill and further our commitment to offering compassionate, emergency assistance and hope to our neighbors, click here to fill out an application.

  • Donate clean, gently used clothing. We have space in our front lobby to hang up clean, gently used, seasonal clothing items for men, women, and children. We do not accept dirty or torn items, undergarments (unless new-in-package), linens, or pillows. We cannot accept baby equipment, furniture, or other household items. If you have a question about something you'd like to donate, please give us a call.

  • Save your clean, tear-free plastic grocery sacks. We use these bags to put our clients' groceries in, and we go through a lot of them. We're careful to only reuse hole- and tear-free bags.
